By purchasing our services and using our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks and responsibilities involved in fire performance and flow arts activities and therefore cannot hold Pyro Flow Pty Ltd or any of its associated artists/directors liable for any damage to
persons or property of any kind.Safety Precautions: a. Fire performances and flow arts activities involve the use of fire and other potentially dangerous equipment. Always prioritize safety and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents, injuries, or property damage. b. Ensure that you have adequate knowledge, skill, and experience before engaging in fire performance or using our products. c. Never perform fire arts or use fire-related products in hazardous environments or near flammable materials without appropriate safety measures in place. Never use any dangerous equipment under the influence of drugs or alcohol or in any other impaired state.
Liability: a. We strive to provide accurate information and high-quality products (please refer to our fire art safety page). However, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. b. You agree to release and indemnify us, our employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your procurement of our services or use of our products or any engagement in fire performance or flow arts activities.

Pyro Flow Manufacturer's Warranty
Coverage Period: This warranty covers your Pyro Flow gear for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Details:
- Pyro Flow Pty Ltd guarantees that its equipment are free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period.
- If a defect is found within the warranty period, Pyro Flow will repair or replace the defective parts or products at no cost to the customer.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, or modifications to the props.
Repairs to Pyro Flow Gear:
All repairs to Pyro Flow gear beyond the warranty period can be done at a reduced rate to our “regular repairs” fee.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:

Exclusions and Limitations:
- Pyro Flow is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the use of its products.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- Pyro Flow is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
